MSP (Mathematical Sciences Publishers) is a scholar-led nonprofit publisher of over 20,000 research pages per year
(https://msp.org/publications/journals/). MSP is also the developer of EditFlow, a web application for managing  peer review. EditFlow has been adopted by over 130 mathematics journals (https://msp.org/editflow/journals/).
Every page MSP publishes is a page controlled by the math community, not a large commercial interest. Without shareholders to pay or a society to fund, every dollar that MSP earns is kept invested in our mission: to serve the math community through high-quality publishing at low prices, and help others do the same.
